1. Overview

At Absurd Health, we are committed to delivering every product and service with excellence, transparency, and biblical integrity. Because many of our offerings involve digital access, custom formulations, and spiritual care, we maintain clear policies to protect both you and us.

Some items and services are non-refundable, while others may be returned or canceled under specific conditions.

2. Digital Products (eBooks, Protocols, Online Courses)

All sales of digital content are final and non-refundable, including:

  • eBooks and downloadable PDFs

  • Cleansing, detox, or dietary protocols

  • Fasting guides and educational resources

  • Digital courses or retreat prep materials

  • Email-delivered content or members-only access

Why: These items are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” once accessed. We encourage all customers to read descriptions carefully before purchase.

3. Physical Products (Supplements, Books, Merchandise)

You may return eligible physical items within 14 days of delivery, under these conditions:

  • Item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Return must be pre-approved by emailing support@absurdhealth.com with your order number and reason

  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Opened supplements or powdered blends

  • Perishable items (e.g., herbs, food)

  • Customized formulations or fasting kits

  • Discounted items, gift cards, or free bonuses

Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

4. Telehealth, Counseling & Coaching Appointments

Applies to spiritual counseling, biblical healing sessions, and health coaching:

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or reschedule

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or missed sessions are non-refundable

  • If Absurd Health cancels, you may receive a full refund or reschedule at no cost

These policies apply to both virtual and in-person appointments.

5. Retreats, Intensives, and Immersive Programs

Because of advance planning and space limitations:

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Full refunds are possible only if cancellation is made 30+ days before the retreat

  • No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the retreat start date

  • You may transfer your registration to another person with prior written approval

If Absurd Health cancels a retreat or intensive for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 5 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • We will either issue a full refund, send a replacement, or provide store credit—at our discretion

We reserve the right to request return of the original item before reshipment or refund.

7. Subscriptions (e.g., Monthly Supplement Kits)

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle

  • Charges already processed are non-refundable

  • Cancel via your online customer portal or by contacting support@absurdhealth.com

8. Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution

We welcome your questions and concerns. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback through your bank or card issuer.

Unresolved chargebacks or false claims may result in suspension of services or permanent loss of access to our platform.

9. Questions or Refund Requests

Please reach out with your full name, order number, and a clear explanation of your request.
