What Is Board Certification?

“Board Certification” is a recognition granted to individuals who have completed an advanced training pathway in a defined area of professional practice. It signifies mastery, competency, and ethical adherence to the standards of a governing body or certifying council.

At Absurd Health University (AHU), Board Certification is administered through the Absurd Health Certification Council (AHCC)—a spiritual-academic body rooted in terrain medicine, holistic clinical practice, and theological biological coherence. All Board Certifications are independently governed, aligned with professional standards of practice, and tracked through CEU maintenance to ensure lifelong learning.

What Makes Absurd Certification Different?

Modern board certifications are often bloated with bureaucratic procedures, pharma-driven ethics, and ideological conformity. Not here.

Absurd Health University Board Certification stands apart by:

  • Rooting credentialing in biological truth: Terrain theory, parasite biology, functional fasting, and biblical neurobiology.

  • Requiring demonstrated transformation: All certified practitioners must complete either a 40-day fast, a full terrain reversal case study, or documented clinical project.

  • Mandating real-world clinical ability: No abstract theory without lived, integrated application.

  • Preserving medical freedom: AHU Board Certification affirms your right to practice outside state-controlled narratives, without compromising academic integrity or spiritual discernment.

Certification Tracks Available:

We currently offer Board Certification in the following areas:

  • Certified Naturopathic Terrain Specialist (C.N.T.S.)

  • Certified Functional Fasting Practitioner (C.F.F.P.)

  • Certified Terrain-Based Counselor (C.T.B.C.)

  • Certified Parasite Detoxification Expert (C.P.D.E.)

  • Certified Regenerative Agriculture Steward (C.R.A.S.)

  • Certified Gut Sealing Technician (C.G.S.T.)

  • Certified Terrain Biology Educator (C.T.B.E.)

Each certification includes:

✅ A completed master’s or doctorate-level degree or equivalent training
✅ Oral or written demonstration of applied knowledge
✅ Upholding the AHU Spiritual and Ethical Code
✅ Ongoing Continuing Education Units (3 CEUs required per year)

Legitimacy & Legal Framework

While Absurd Health University is not regionally accredited by the U.S. Department of Education (by design), our certifications are legal, valid, and protected under religious and educational freedom statutes. We operate under a Wyoming-based nonprofit university charter and are pursuing accreditation with independent educational bodies (e.g. AADP).

“Board Certified” is not a legally protected term in most U.S. states unless associated with specific medical boards. Our language is carefully chosen to reflect our independent charter while maintaining excellence and professional respect.

Annual Renewal & CEUs

To remain in good standing, certified practitioners must:

  • Complete 3 CEU credits per year

  • Submit a brief terrain integrity statement

  • Complete a minimum 7 day fast per year

  • Maintain patient or project logs if in active service

CEUs can be obtained through:

  • AHU courses and masterclasses

  • Terrain fieldwork and logged clinical projects

  • Research paper submissions

Apply for Board Certification

Graduates of AHU Master’s and Doctorate programs are automatically eligible for Board Certification upon completion of graduation requirements and CEU integration.

To apply for board certification independently (without AHU degree), applicants must:

  • Submit a portfolio of clinical experience or authored works

  • Pass a written or oral terrain mastery exam

  • Provide references and affirm the AHU Code of Practice
