Covenant Psychiatrist - Initial Evaluation

$299.00

Initial Evaluation (75 minutes) — $299
Standard Follow-Up (50 minutes) — $229
Brief Follow-Up (25 minutes) — $159

What this is
Covenant Psychiatry adds medical discernment to a cruciform, covenant-based model of care. We take time to understand history, stressors, sleep, nutrition, prior treatments, and current burdens. We consider medications, tapering strategies, and non-pharmacologic supports with unusual care, always prioritizing long-term wholeness over short-term numbing. The goal is not to medicate the false self into comfort, but to stabilize physiology so the deeper work can proceed.

How an evaluation works
Your 75-minute intake is unhurried. We review your story, labs and diagnoses you wish to share, and the lived experience of your symptoms. We discuss what has helped, what has harmed, and what “better” must concretely look like for you. If medication is indicated, it’s presented in plain language with risks, benefits, and a monitoring plan. If medication is not indicated—or no longer indicated—we build a stepwise plan that respects your body, your conscience, and your pace.

Follow-ups that move the needle

  • 50 minutes when complexity or change requires it: medication adjustments, integrative strategies, life transitions, or multi-party coordination.

  • 25 minutes when you need a timely touchpoint: brief reviews, small refines, and steady course-corrections that keep you safe and moving forward.

What you receive

  • A comprehensive, respectful evaluation rooted in your actual life

  • A clear plan (with or without medication) and practical next steps

  • Collaboration with your CMFT and/or primary clinician when you ask us to coordinate

  • Written visit summary so you leave knowing exactly what to do next

Important note
We gladly collaborate with your existing clinicians. Our services are educational in posture and clinical in discipline; they complement, not replace, your primary medical care and any emergency services you may need.

Reserve your evaluation — The right plan begins with the right conversation.
