Accreditation Disclosure & Policy Statement

Absurd Health University is a privately governed, graduate-level institution operating under the legal structure of Klesia University, a recognized nonprofit educational entity registered in the State of Wyoming. AHU offers advanced training in naturopathy, terrain medicine, fasting-based physiology, and applied health sciences from a terrain-centric framework rooted in emerging biological models and ancient healing wisdom.

At this time, AHU does not hold accreditation through U.S. Department of Education-recognized regional accrediting bodies. Instead, it operates under alternative recognition and registration pathways—including religious exemption and private licensing models common among philosophical, therapeutic, and alternative medical institutions.

We acknowledge that accreditation is a contested and evolving process, often subject to the priorities and paradigms of dominant systems. AHU aligns itself with independent academic freedom and innovation, and as such, seeks certification and oversight through respected alternative boards such as:

  • The American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP)

  • The International Natural Medicine Board (INMB)

  • Global alliances for terrain-based health sciences

Degrees issued by AHU are legally valid within the framework of private religious and philosophical education and professional certification. However, credits may not transfer to regionally accredited universities, nor does AHU confer licensure for the practice of conventional allopathic medicine. We do accept credits from other universities. Students are responsible for complying with the regulations of their local jurisdiction regarding naturopathic practice and wellness consulting.

We believe the future of medicine lies in paradigm reformation, not assimilation—and we welcome scholars, physicians, and practitioners who are prepared to lead that transition.
