Covenant Marriage & Family Therapy (CMFT) 50 Minute Session
$129.00

50-minute session — $129

What this is
CMFT is therapy that refuses to polish the false self. We listen for the real story you’re living—where your heart, mind, will, conscience, and imagination have been shaped by fear, fatigue, and fragmentation—and we call you back into covenant. Your therapist functions as a guide and an ally: not merely analyzing, but helping you make specific agreements for change and walking with you until those agreements become lived habits.

How a session works
You’ll begin with a brief orienting conversation so we hear what hurts and what must change now. We’ll then locate where you are in your present “stage”—the patterns you return to under stress—and translate that into a short, realistic plan. Expect targeted practices, not homework-for-homework’s-sake: conversations to have, apologies to make, boundaries to set, rhythms to restore, Scriptures to pray, and daily rituals to steady your nervous system and your relationships. By the end of the session you will leave with two concrete agreements and a follow-up checkpoint.

Why it helps
When we treat the soul as a covenant partner rather than an isolated ego, change becomes less about self-optimization and more about re-alignment. CMFT integrates insight with action and accountability so that your next two weeks are different—on purpose. We attend to marriage dynamics, family systems, polarized conflicts, anxious loops, spiritual dryness, addictive patterns, and post-crisis reset—always in a way that honors your dignity and moves you toward communion, not merely coping.

What you receive

  • A 50-minute session devoted to clarity and next actions

  • A written session summary with your two agreements for change (if appropriate to session)

  • Optional resource connections (support, community, practical services)

  • Invitation to a follow-up check-in to keep momentum

Who this is for
Individuals, couples, and families who are ready to do the work, want accountability without shame, and value a biblically grounded framework that leads to real traction in daily life.

Covenant Psychiatrist - Initial Evaluation
$299.00

Initial Evaluation (75 minutes) — $299
Standard Follow-Up (50 minutes) — $229
Brief Follow-Up (25 minutes) — $159

What this is
Covenant Psychiatry adds medical discernment to a cruciform, covenant-based model of care. We take time to understand history, stressors, sleep, nutrition, prior treatments, and current burdens. We consider medications, tapering strategies, and non-pharmacologic supports with unusual care, always prioritizing long-term wholeness over short-term numbing. The goal is not to medicate the false self into comfort, but to stabilize physiology so the deeper work can proceed.

How an evaluation works
Your 75-minute intake is unhurried. We review your story, labs and diagnoses you wish to share, and the lived experience of your symptoms. We discuss what has helped, what has harmed, and what “better” must concretely look like for you. If medication is indicated, it’s presented in plain language with risks, benefits, and a monitoring plan. If medication is not indicated—or no longer indicated—we build a stepwise plan that respects your body, your conscience, and your pace.

Follow-ups that move the needle

  • 50 minutes when complexity or change requires it: medication adjustments, integrative strategies, life transitions, or multi-party coordination.

  • 25 minutes when you need a timely touchpoint: brief reviews, small refines, and steady course-corrections that keep you safe and moving forward.

What you receive

  • A comprehensive, respectful evaluation rooted in your actual life

  • A clear plan (with or without medication) and practical next steps

  • Collaboration with your CMFT and/or primary clinician when you ask us to coordinate

  • Written visit summary so you leave knowing exactly what to do next

Important note
We gladly collaborate with your existing clinicians. Our services are educational in posture and clinical in discipline; they complement, not replace, your primary medical care and any emergency services you may need.

Reserve your evaluation — The right plan begins with the right conversation.

53-minute session of biblical counsel & terrain wisdom - $49
What this is
Covenant Psychology is week-by-week soul care that brings your interior life back into alignment with Yahweh’s covenant rather than leaving you to manage symptoms alone. We treat the person as a living covenant partner—mind, heart, will, imagination, and conscience—called out of fragmentation into communion. Sessions are invitational but exacting: we identify where the false self still drives the week and establish rhythms that rehearse death-to-self and resurrection life in ordinary time.

How a weekly session works
We begin with a short review of your last seven days: what gave life, what drained it, where you chose avoidance, and where grace surprised you. We locate your present “stage” on our genealogical ladder (e.g., hiding like Adam, striving like Jacob, grieving like Joseph) and translate that into a concrete, livable rule for the coming week. Expect brief practices that fit your real schedule—prayer forms, confession or reconciliation steps, time-bound media fasts, breath and presence drills, sleep and light anchors, Scripture meditations keyed to your stage, and one difficult conversation approached with honor. Each session ends with two specific commitments and a simple way you’ll report back next week.

Why it helps
Weekly cadence turns conviction into craft. Instead of chasing breakthroughs and losing them, you build covenant muscle memory—small, repeatable acts that re-train attention, purify motive, steady emotion, and restore truthful imagination. Because the telos is communion (not mere comfort), changes stick: anxiety loses its script, anger finds righteous boundary, shame is named and disarmed, and desire is re-ordered toward love.

What you receive

  • A 50-minute weekly session focused on near-term traction

  • A one-page Weekly Rule (your two commitments, daily rhythms, Scripture anchors)

  • Micro-exams of conscience tailored to your stage (5 minutes, morning or evening)

  • Short mid-week check-in prompts to keep you faithful to the plan

  • Optional coordination with your CMFT or Covenant Psychiatrist when useful

Who this is for
Seekers and saints who want a steady, sacred training ground: men and women rebuilding after crisis; couples or singles confronting patterns that won’t yield to willpower; leaders who must carry weight without losing their soul; anyone hungry for a psychology that honors Scripture and produces real, lived holiness week by week.

Book your weekly session — Begin practicing the life you were promised, one week at a time.
